How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Typical delivery times:
- EU countries: 2–5 business days
- Non-EU (e.g., UK, Switzerland, USA): 5–10 business days
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship our products directly to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and the United States (max 15 cans).
For customers in countries where nicotine pouches are restricted or prohibited for cross-border sales — such as Finland, Estonia, France (starting spring 2026), and select others — we offer self-shipping or pickup from our Romanian warehouse. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with simple instructions to arrange this with your preferred carrier.
For countries where we cannot ship directly due to local regulations, self-arranged shipping option is super easy by using for example BringItOver.com (GetOverIt).
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can change or cancel your order before it ships.
Once dispatched, modifications are not possible.

How long can I keep it in?
Between 20–60 minutes, depending on your preference and the pouch strength.
Can I swallow saliva while using it?

Are nicotine pouches safer than smoking?
NOIS pouches are tobacco-free and smoke-free, avoiding the harmful effects of combustion.
They still contain nicotine, which is addictive.
Do NOIS pouches contain tobacco?
No — our pouches are 100% tobacco-free, made with plant-based fibres and pharmaceutical-grade nicotine.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@nois.dk and we’ll assist you.
What if my parcel is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, contact support@nois.dk with your order number.
We’ll track it with the courier and make sure it’s resolved.
Payment
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available in the following countries:
Czechia 🇨🇿, Croatia 🇭🇷, Greece 🇬🇷, Hungary 🇭🇺, Slovakia 🇸🇰, Slovenia 🇸🇮, and Romania 🇷🇴.
You can pay in cash when your order arrives — convenient and secure.
COD is available for orders up to €350.
For larger orders, you can easily pay using:

- 📱 Apple Pay or Google Pay
- 🏦 Bank Transfer
What if I entered the wrong address?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update it.
If it’s already sent, we can’t guarantee changes — please double-check your address before placing your order.
