Shipping Policy
1. Self-Arranged Shipping
For certain countries where we cannot ship directly due to regulations, we offer a self-arranged shipping option. You may choose any courier to pick up and deliver your order.
To make things easier, we have enabled BringItOver.com to connect with our system. With them, you can arrange shipping by entering the email address used for your order together with your order ID.
You are also welcome to use any shipping provider of your choice. We do not handle the transport process ourselves, so you are in full control of how your order gets to you.

Make sure your courier has your order ID and the name on the order when collecting.
3. Order Preparation and Collection
After your order is placed and paid, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We prepare orders within 1 to 3 business days. As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a Ready for Pickup email and your courier can collect from the address above.
If you use BringItOver.com, they will receive the details needed to arrange pickup when you provide your order email and ID. If you use another courier, please share the pickup address and your order details with them directly.
4. Shipping Costs
Since shipping is arranged by you, we do not charge or include shipping fees in your order. The cost of transportation depends on the courier you choose and is your responsibility.
5. Customs and Import Duties
All purchases include applicable local VAT and duties from our side where relevant. Any additional import duties or taxes in your country of residence are your responsibility to declare and pay.
